For our last action project in Rapid Prototyping we partnerned up to create a 3D model that will help in the school in some way. I was really looking forward to this AP but it ended up being more stressful than I anticipated. In my slideshow I talk about our Powerstrip holder which my partner and I thought was needed because there is a hazard of tripping over different powerstrips in different classes. We made 3 different versions of the each model; 3D, cardboard, and clay. Cardboard being the most frustrating material to work with. In my slideshow you can read about the difference between PLA and ABS plastics aswell as the optimal uses for each different model material. Enjoy!
In conclusion though stressful at times, I did enjoy this class aswell as this last AP. The next time that I work with a partner I hope to have better communication and to work more as a team. You can check out my partners AP Here!
